Senior Credit Controller

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a successful, family run business based in the S3 area of Sheffield. They are looking for an experience Senior Credit Controller to join their team. As a Senior Credit Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: * Generating invoices using Xero and our external operating system * Proactively managing and chasing outstanding debts * Handling interactions with creditors * Providing excellent customer service by answering phones and addressing inquiries relating to accounts * Conducting general office administration duties to ensure smooth operations. Required experience: * Xero and MS Excel (or similar packages) * Relevant experience in finance administration * Impeccable attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of record-keeping * The ability to work independently for most of the workweek. * Strong decision-making skills * Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach Hours: 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday Unfortunately due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants.
