Offering customer service that is second-to-none, they take responsibility so that their clients can focus on their strengths, knowing that their customers are in great hands.About the Role:£40,000 basic£18,000 OTECompany car25 days holidayField Based - M62 Corridor and surrounding areasTo drive business revenue, growth and client satisfaction using their expanding product portfolio, with a focus on the their Maintenance plan product range.Create, develop, and implement a strategic pipeline of new Maintenace plan business acquisition across the network with clients who currently do not utilise their product range.Cultivate relationships with and influence new key decision makers to engage them in their Maintenance plan portfolio and broad product offering.Take full accountability and responsibility for the delivery and implementation of growth opportunities, focused on their Maintenance plan products.Take action to stay up to date with the capabilities and offerings of all competitors in the industry that offer similar products to our own and clearly articulate the advantages of their offering over any other.Identify any risk to client partnerships and act efficiently to mitigate risk of business loss for any products.About You:Proven track record in delivering excellence in client training & development.Knowledge of or experience selling value added products such as Maintenance Plans, Cosmetic Warranty, Tyre & Alloy etc Ability to identify performance gaps, devising, setting & delivering SMART development action plans.Ability to hold regular performance reviews with all levels of management.Self motivated and highly organised.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of the motor trade and value-added products is essential to this role.You must be self – be able to motivate, train and develop individuals to perform at the highest level.
