CNC Programmer/Operator/Setting- Turning & 3 Axis

Luzzo Bespoke are a Low Volume, High Value Engineering business supplying products to Niche Luxury Brands in the Automotive, Aerospace and Lifestyle Industies. We are a small team who deliver exceptional results.

We have a opportunity for a qualified, experienced CNC Programmer,Setter, Operator with turning and 3 axis milling experience to join our team.

The succesful candidate will:

• Hold recognised qualifications in a mechanical manufacturing discipline e.g. toolmaking,
• Have a minimum 5 years experience across CNC lathes and 3 axis CNC mills indeally in a high performing environment
• Comfortable using CAM software (we use GIbbs & Hypermill)
• Have attention to detail, a great work ethic and be comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Be able to develop end to end machining strategies including tooling, work holding and programming.
• Able to guide and develop less experienced team members
• Be comfortable across the process from CAD model to producing work to a high standard.
• an effective team member and suggest and support improvement activities.
