As an integral part of Curos lettings team, you will play a crucial role in the lettings administration process for the social rent tenancies. This is a golden opportunity to start your career with Curo.

This role will be 37 hours a week, primarily based out of the Bath Head Office.

What you'll be doing

As a Lettings Coordinator, your responsibilities will include comprehensive lettings administration, from processing move-out notices to seamlessly handing over properties to new customers. You will be a point of contact for both internal and external customers, addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Collaborating closely with Lettings Negotiators and the Lettings Team, you will contribute to achieving team targets. This involves coordinating interviews, collecting references, processing payments, issuing tenancy packs, and setting up new customer accounts. Utilising our in-house case management QL system and other software tools, you will efficiently manage tasks from initiation to completion, maintaining up-to-date information.

The successfullettings coordinator will have strong administration skills and be used to working in a busy team environment. They will have the following skills and background.

  • Youll be used to working in a varied and busy administration role which means youll be very organised and able to multi task. Youll be able to prioritise your work, whilst being adaptable to changing priorities and interruptions.
  • Youll be a great communicator who is professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for your customers and to support your team.

  • Youll have the ability to learn new systems quickly and possibly experience of using workflows to complete tasks. Youll have a high standard of attention to detail.
