Administrator/Data Input Professional
Location: Lingfield
Position: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Are you an experienced Administrator with strong data input skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential? Our client is a leading grounds maintenance and estate management company and are seeking a proactive and efficient individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate and efficient data entry across various systems
* General administrative tasks including filing, document preparation, and report generation
* Supporting the team with project coordination and client communications
* Maintaining organized records and databases
* Assisting with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative or data input role is essential
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist in various tasks
* Full UK driving License
