Internal Sales Manager Permanent Opportunity Defence and Security Cambridgeshire THE OPPORTUNITY – International Sales Manager This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join a thriving business in the defence and security sector and deliver increased international sales. As an ISM, you will be leveraging your knowledge and experience in the defence and security sector to convert sales opportunities with a range of systems integrators whilst working closely with a range of international government End Users. The team are passionate about their ‘Best in Class’ product offering and want someone to join the team that can match that drive and ambition to deliver growth. DUTIES – International Sales Manager Convert current sales pipeline into firm orders. Accurately record all activity using our CRM system. Identify and prioritise prospects with highest PWin. Traveling extensively within target region reflecting prior strengths and experience. Regularly visiting clients and promoting products at recognised sector trade shows. Developing relationships with potential new customers. Help to develop comprehensive programme capture plans. Develop evolving short and long-term business development plans. Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) Build pipeline value year on year. BACKGROUND – International Sales Manager Defence or Security sector sales experience. Experience in either Hardware or software Sales as per above. Ability to obtain UK security clearance Able to communicate new concepts and technology solutions effectively. Full UK Driving licence and ability to travel internationally.
