Lettings Negotiator

Our client is a leader within the London Real Estate Sector, focusing on the mid to prime residential market. We are seeking a dynamic, results driven and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team based in Camden Town on a permanent basis. Previous positions within lettings are essential for success. Within this role you will be required to work every other Saturday, please only apply if weekend work is okay with you. Immediate start available, company phone provided. Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am-6pm, Friday 9am:5:30pm, Saturday: 9:30-1pm ( Twice per month) Main Responsibilities: * Conducting property viewings and facilitating lettings * Offering regular feedback to both applicants and landlords * Proactively showcasing skills to attract and retain business * Managing and keeping an up-to-date applicant database Who we are looking for: * Valid full UK driving license * Previous experience within a lettings negotiator role * High precision and keen attention to detail * Self-driven with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude * Strong customer service skills * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook * Capability to work both independently and as part of a team * Candidates willing to work every other Saturday Salary: £18,000-£22,000 depending on experience + Commission If you match our requirements and would like to discuss the next steps please apply with your most up to date CV and you will be contacted
