Position Overview:
The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, driving sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and organized.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Sales and Performance:
Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets and KPIs.
Analyze sales reports and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost store performance.
Customer Service:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by training staff on customer service best practices.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the store.
Team Leadership and Development:
Foster a positive team environment.
Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
Motivate and mentor the team to achieve individual and store-wide goals.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, reflecting the brand's aesthetic and identity.
Plan and execute seasonal displays and product placements to maximize sales.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement new concepts.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
Conduct regular safety and security checks and report any issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the Chet Rock brand.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
