Ecommerce National Account Manager

Macgregor Black are partnering with a Global Market Leading Housewares brand, on the search for a Ecommerce National Account Manager. This is a remote based role.


As eNAM you will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans to maximise in-store and online activations, achieve sales and profit targets and drive brand awareness..


Key Responsibilities


  • Manages account P&L, implements agreed pricing strategies, and delivers agreed sales targets
  • Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin and performance KPIs
  • Using a data-driven approach, you will draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives.
  • Create own 12 month promotional and activation plans
  • Own the relationship with customers and develop influential partnerships.
  • Supply Chain – Delivery Work cross-functionally to be the voice of your customer base internally to drive change.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure digital and online opportunities are maximised.


What are we looking for?


  • Proven track record working within FMCG sales.
  • Consumer goods and housewares experience preferred but not essential.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure digital and online opportunities are maximised.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Go-getter, able to navigate ambiguity.
  • Financial acumen: a good understanding of P&L management is necessary.
  • Ability to build and lead external solid customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
