Mig Welder - Days

We are currently recruiting for MIG Welders to join our client's team on their day shift. This work is within a cutting edge facility working with a growing sheet metal and fabrication company in Telford. Weld tests available immediately! MIG Welder key job details: * Monday to Thurs: 07:30 to 16:15, and Fridays: 07:30 to 13:30. * Pay rates: £14.00ph (basic) * Overtime rates: Weekdays: £18.20ph, Saturdays: £21ph, Sundays: £28.00ph * Monthly time keeping and attendance bonuses also available * Temp to perm * Weekly pay MIG Welder key responsibilities: * MIG welding on mild steel ranging from 1mm to 10mm thickness * Working from engineering drawings and SOPs * Some jig work will be a part of the role * Use of various hand and air tools * Complying with health and safety at all times MIG Welder person specification: * Previous MIG welding experience is essential (a weld test will be undertaken prior to any employment offer) * Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings * Basic level of English * Flexible nature due to varied product ranges that you will be working on * TIG welding experience would be advantageous but is not essential If you're interested in these MIG Welding - day shift positions, please apply by clicking the apply now button, or by contacting Ian @ IAP Recruitment
