Join us, and you'll be part of a company that values innovation, creativity, and purpose, driving a movement that's redefining fashion for a new generation.Role Overview:As our Senior Ecommerce Executive, you'll oversee the day-to-day trading and content management of the Go Thrift website. Your mission? To optimise the customer journey, increase conversions, and drive growth through innovative digital strategies and compelling online promotions.Key Responsibilities:Ecommerce Strategy & Trading:Execute and refine our ecommerce strategy to meet trading goals.Plan and implement promotional campaigns that align with marketing and marketplace strategies.Ensure stock, content, discounts, and landing pages are prepared and optimised for promotions.Website Management:Oversee website updates, including trade calendar management and landing page development.Respond swiftly to trading conditions with tactical actions to achieve revenue targets.Track industry trends and competitor content to keep us ahead of the curve.Brand & Marketing Collaboration:Partner with brand and marketing teams to create seamless campaigns and landing pages.Work closely with PPC, SEO, and email teams to enhance customer experience and optimise product feeds.Collaborate on creative updates for the homepage and new landing pages.Performance Analysis:Analyse sales and online behaviour to refine our trading strategy and identify growth opportunities.Monitor marketing KPIs and their impact on website performance, driving continuous improvement.Utilise insights for A/B testing across customer journey touchpoints.Product & Merchandising Alignment:Coordinate with product and merchandising teams to ensure trading activities align with new uploads and promotional strategies.Optimise onsite merchandising to spotlight seasonal and best-selling products.Skills & Experience:2-3 years in a fast-paced D2C digital environment, preferably with Shopify+.Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Proven project management skills in dynamic settings.Excellent time management and flexibility to handle varied tasks.Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.Experience with CMS platforms and quick to learn new systems.Position Overview:Job Title: Senior Ecommerce ExecutiveDepartment: EcommerceContract Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)Salary: £30-35K per annum (dependent on experience)Location: Blackburn, North-West EnglandOffice & Remote Balance: Hybrid working model with a requirement for 2 days per week in the officeAnnual Leave: 28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) plus an extra day off for your birthdayBenefits: Includes company pension, 50% staff discount, and the opportunity to drive change in the sustainable fashion industryEqual Opportunities:We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
