My Client is a leading facilities management company and they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their rapidly growing Administration team.
The Administrator job role:
• Providing customer service to residents and customers.
• Working closely with the client.
• Arranging appointments for residents with Trades people.
• Dealing with queries from residents, Scheduling & changing appointments.
• Rescheduling appointments using internal scheduling application and planning tool.
• Logging current jobs onto our work management system/database.
• Working with Supervisors, Supply chain and trades people to organise and schedule work.
• Updating and changing information as the job changes.
• Ordering equipment needed for the job.
• The key person communicating between the resident and maintenance worker.
• Keeping all activity logged and up-to-date in an accurate manner.
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures at all times.
• Cooperate with colleagues from other Departments in a timely manner if and when necessary
Administrator key skills:
- organised, disciplined in their approach, IT literate with the ability to type and work off excel spreadsheets and work as part of our team in a busy environment.
