Marketing Manager Hybrid in Basingstoke £30,000 - £40,000 DOE My client is seeking a strategic and visionary Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a marketing professional ready to shape the company's marketing strategy and drive brand growth to new heights. They're looking for someone who thrives on building impactful campaigns, leading a team, and making data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional media channels to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Oversee content creation by collaborating with designers and copywriters to deliver consistent, compelling marketing materials in line with the brand's voice. Analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless customer experience. Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and results-driven performance.Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus. 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush). Excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling marketing messages. Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying market trends.
