Macklin Motors Toyota Ayr We are delighted to announce Macklin Motors Toyota Ayr has opened a state-of-the-art showroom and we are now looking for a General Sales Manager to lead our fantastic team on site. We are offering a £40,000 basic salary OTE £60,000 plus company car and company benefits plus ongoing career progression for an aspiring General Manager. As a General Sales Manager you will be leading and managing a controlled sales process through a team including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell new and used vehicles, with a range of add-on products whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. You will be working for the world's largest automotive brand who produce a vast range of vehicles and powertrains, from internal combustion engines (ICE) to hydrogen. The role includes world-class training and visits to the factory in Burnaston and the headquarters in Burgh Heath, Epsom. Additionally, the “Leaders of Tomorrow” training provided by Toyota at Loughborough University will further enhance your professional development.
