We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the social strategy and execution for both Oliver Spencer & Favourbrook, driving engagement and growth across key platforms. Role Overview The Social Media Manager at Oliver Spencer & Favourbrook will be responsible for the daily management, ideation, and execution of all social media operations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest for both brands. This includes Menswear accounts for both Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook, as well as our Womenswear accounts for Favourbrook. You will lead the social strategy for all product launches, collaborations, and special projects, ensuring that the brand's voice is consistently represented across both brands. This role will require a deep understanding of culture and trends, with a focus on community building and engagement. Essential Duties Daily management of all social media channels, including content publishing across all platforms. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies and content calendars aligned with marketing goals. Lead presentations relating to the social strategy for product launches and marketing initiatives, including timelines and rollout plans. Stay on top of social media trends, cultural events, and brand-relevant conversations. Ensure social media content and scheduling are aligned with the broader marketing calendar. Lead social strategy for product launches, collaborations, and special projects, ensuring final execution meets brand expectation and guidelines. Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms, from content creation to copywriting and visual direction. Manage and maximise community engagement across all channels. Create actionable strategies to grow and maintain social media audiences in line Generate weekly and monthly reports on key metrics, engagement, and provide recommendations for optimisation. Actively collaborate with all teams to nurture brand community and stay abreast of brand events, activities and story-telling opportunities. Manage social media content creation budgets. Provide support to the wider team as needed. Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Education +2 years of social media management experience, with proven experience in menswear essential . Proven success in executing social media strategies and growing engagement across platforms. Strong creative vision with an eye for trends and innovative social content. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and develop clear goals for each platform. Up-to-date knowledge of emerging social media platforms and technologies. Experience with paid media and managing social media budgets. Experience with affiliate marketing is advantageous. Excellent time management, communication, and project management skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities. Team player with a positive attitude, even when working under tight deadlines.
