Merchandiser

Job Duties:

• Implement merchandising plans and maintain displays in assigned locations (up to 60 GP Surgeries)
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to relevant teams
• Build positive relationships with smanagers and staff to enhance merchandising effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in merchandising or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• UK driving License

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of merchandising principles and practises
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
• Proficiency in using relevant merchandising tools and technology

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced retail environment
• Regular travel between assigned locations (Multiple surgeries in one day)
• Physical demands including lifting and carrying merchandise
