Project Manager Construction Consultancy Up to £60,000 p/a (DOE) London About the company A well known, well respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in Hackney, are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team. Working in a variety of sectors and offering multi-disciplinary services, this highly successful Construction Consultancy are now actively looking to significantly strengthen in London and also their other offices. The successful Project Manager will be joining an organisation who offer a full, Partner-led, construction consultancy service and pride themselves on exceeding expectations and continually winning repeat business. About the role: The successful Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be leading on a number of smaller scale projects, whilst collaborating on larger ones. The successful Project Manager will be working in a a number of sectors, mainly Healthcare. The role would ideally suit a Project Manager with a proven track record in a similar role, Consultancy experience and preferably in London. The successful Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire. About the requirements: * The successful Project Manager needs to have experience of managing projects, ranging in value and size * A balance of working on new build, fit out and refurbishment would be ideal. * Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value. * Chartership, ideally through RICS, would be ideal but not essential as they offer full support in this area * Healthcare experience preferred About the salary: * Up to £65,000 (DOE) * Generous pension contribution * Generous annual leave entitlement * Unrivalled career progression * RICS support available * Subscriptions paid for.
