Package: £45,000 - £50,000 plus company car & fuel card

Overview

Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor within the refurbishment/social housing sector, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business.

This is a Tier One Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on Reactive Maintenance projects.

Duties

Alongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on Reactive Maintenance and Voids work.

Procurement of supply chain and placing orders

Assessing and processing supply chain payment

Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.

Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.

Requirements

Social Housing experience

Ideally Reactive Maintenance Experience

Degree Qualified

Main Contractor experience

Driver’s Licence
