Part Time Medical Receptionist

Are you someone who can work well within a busy team and also on your own? · Do you have experience of an office-based environment? · Do you have a good command of the English language? · Are you comfortable working with a Windows-based computer system (SystmOne)? If you can say “YES” to all of the above you could be the person we are looking for. We are looking to recruit a part-time Care Navigator for a busy Milton Keynes GP Practice. The role will include dealing with members of the public; answering telephones; booking appointments; processing prescription requests, answering electronic queries and all other Practice based admin. You may be asked to help with chaperoning for clinical staff. You will be the central hub for the patients, staff and visitors. Experience in a GP Practice would be helpful, but is not essential for the right person. The hours of work will be 1.15 to 8pm Monday and 1.15 to 6.30 Tues to Friday There is no regular weekend or bank holiday work. You may be asked to work some overtime to cover annual leave/sickness but this would be discussed in advance
