What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must be certified to teach your subject specialism. Classroom Experience: Strong presence and the ability to manage behaviour effectively. School Experience: Previous experience in secondary schools is a must. Familiarity with School Systems: Knowledge of platforms like SIMs or Bromcom is highly advantageous. Enhanced DBS: You need an Enhanced DBS or should be willing to obtain one. Adaptability: Flexibility in covering your specialist subject and, if desired, other subjects as well.
