Key Stage 1 Learning Support Assistant Location: Primary School, Leeds Position: Full-time, Long Term/Fixed Term Salary: £85-£100 per day Start Date: ASAP Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Key Stage 1 Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Leeds. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. Assist with differentiation to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and elements of Special Educational Needs (SEN). Foster a positive learning environment through effective behaviour management. Work closely with students to promote their social and emotional well-being. Help create and implement tailored learning strategies to enhance student engagement and progress.Ideal Candidate: Experience in a primary school setting, particularly in Key Stage 1. Strong understanding of EAL and SEN needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
