An exciting job role has recently become available at a local autority client in Ealing. Our client are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join thier Learning Disabilities Team.
Benefits of the role:
Attending and completing reviews and support plans.
To have an understanding of using Mosaic (desirable not essential).
To undertake duty once per week and other times when required.Requirements:
Experience of working in a Learning Disabilities Team with a social work qualification.
A good standard of completing assessments such as Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments.
Be familiar with the safeguarding procedure and have acted as a enquiry officer or SAM.Benefits:
