The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tactical marketing program execution, including events, sponsorships, promotions, awareness initiatives, and lead generation activities. br br ul li strong Work together win together: /strong The Vice President (VP) will report to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy and insights and will lead a team of 7 global marketing professionals. The VP will collaborate with International and US Mid-market leadership to support growing the business /li li strong Innovate with purpose: /strong ul li The VP will be responsible for standardizing how we establish, plan, forecast and measure that Return on Investment (ROI) from Field Marketing Initiatives /li li The VP will establish best practices for tracking Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) within Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and tools /li /ul /li /ul br strong What You'll Achieve /strong br br ul li Develop and implement global field marketing strategies to support tactical marketing programs and initiatives for Epsilon Mid-Market /li li Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute field marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and sales support programs worldwide /li li Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution across regional teams /li li Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing efforts /li li Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing programs and optimize results /li li Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to drive integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the mid-market segment /li li Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in field marketing and lead generation to drive innovation and competitive advantage for Epsilon Mid-Market /li /ul br strong Who You Are /strong br br ul li strong What you'll bring with you: /strong ul li 10+ years of experience in field marketing, lead generation, or related roles /li li Proven success in executing global marketing programs and initiatives /li li Strong leadership and team management skills /li li Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred /li /ul /li li strong Why you might stand out from other talent: /strong ul li MBA in related field /li li Experience with the Mid-Market segment /li li Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment /li li Excellent communication and collaboration abilities /li /ul /li /ul br br b Additional Information /b br br strong Epsilon always puts people first /strong .
