Maintenance Engineer

Working Hours: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (40 hours per week)

This role is perfect for a proactive and skilled engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, conducting essential maintenance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate, front-line maintenance support to the operations team
- Ensure production machinery is operating at optimal efficiency
- Dismantle, reassemble, and fabricate components as needed for repairs
- Execute regular PPMs and scheduled maintenance
- Continually look for ways to improve operations through effective maintenance
Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for someone with a recognised apprenticeship (ONC/HNC) or solid experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- You'll need to be familiar with belts, conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CMMS/PPM systems.
Bonus Skills:
- Electrical understanding, including control panels, inverters, and PLCs
