Working hours Monday - Friday 9am-6pm - No lates or weekend work We are proud to be partnering with a leading sales & Lettings Consultancy in Manchester. This role is working exclusively on high end Manchester city centre property within the new build market. Previous experience as a Property Sales Consultant is essential for this role, so we are looking to hear from applicants with estate agency sales negotiator / Property Sales Consultant experience in the Manchester area. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Property Sales Consultant to broaden your skill set, progress and earn serious money, selling high end property in central Manchester. You will be working with a mix of private sellers, investors and landlords marketing and selling some of the best housing stock in Manchester. This is an end-to-end sales Consultant role, you will have a constant pipeline of highly desirable property to take to market, will be managing clients’ expectations and relationships, marketing/promoting your stock, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and closing deals. You will also have the chance to get involved in valuations if you are looking to broaden your skill set. Where this role really differs is you will be part of a small but emerging team so career progression within this role could happen quickly for the right person.
