Our client is currently recruiting a Storesperson on what will be a 6-week temporary contract.
You will help to finalise the spare parts inventory at our client's site enabling the development of CAPEX papers for future projects. This will ensure proper allocation and tracking of critical spares, helping balance these assets on the company's balance sheet. The goal is to optimise resource management and improve financial accuracy in asset reporting.
Responsibilities
General stock taking of spare parts and goods from small electrical parts to large pumps and motors.
General tidying of stores area.
Person spec
Experience in stores/inventory
Driving Licence (clean).
Proficient in Excel and Word
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of the business.
Logical reasoning, with a "can do attitude".
IT skills (to be able to use company business system with initial training)
Forklift or tele-handler licence would be desirable
