M&E Planner

Job Title: M&E Project Planner Location: Surrey and Hampshire based projects About the company: Our client is a leading construction and infrastructure services company, delivering large iconic projects across various sectors. Their M&E division is at the forefront of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in the mechanical and electrical engineering space. Job Description: They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&E Project Planner to join their dynamic M&E Planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing M&E projects based in Surrey and Hampshire from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field would be an advantage  Proven experience as an M&E Project Planner in the construction or engineering industry. Proficiency in Asta Power Project software  Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
