Voice Support Engineer (SIP & VoIP) An award-winning Microsoft Partner is looking for a Voice Support Engineer (VOIP & SIP ) to join their growing team and work on leading-edge Voice and Microsoft support calls. As a Voice Support Engineer (VOIP, SIP ) you will have previous support experience with the following: SIP - call flows, headers etc VOIP technology such as Teams / Zoom / Cisco Broader infrastructure skills around DNS and M365 ideallyVoice Support Engineer (VOIP, SIP ): Huge amounts of training & certification in Microsoft Teams! As a Voice Support Engineer (SIP & VoIP) you will be based from home in the UK working with external customers of up to 10,000 seats+ to support Voice-related solutions including SIP, SBCs and Microsoft Teams / Zoom / Cisco. You will be joining a team of support Engineers as a L3 Support Engineer, and will be acting as a point of escalation for L1 & L2. This will involve dealing with external customers, so excellent communication skills are important to the role. There is a shift patter of 08:00-16:30 / 09:00 -17:30, and you will be on call 1 week in 6 (£100 p/d on call allowance + O/T) There is tons of flexibility to this role, and we are looking for people who are keen to learn a huge amount.
