Graduate Operations Assistant - London Bridge - £25,000 - Hybrid

The Operations team work to support all areas of the business including tech, customer solutions and finance; this role will be dynamic and wide ranging as you work with colleagues across all departments. The Ops team are a fast paced, solution focused planning function and you will be exposed to all areas of the business. Key responsibilities of this Graduate Operations Assistant role will include:

• Project coordination - supporting Project Managers across customer facing projects
• Monitoring cost across projects
• Managing order processing
• Collaborating with stakeholders internally to ensure timescales and deadlines are met
• Sales administration; raising invoices
• Providing a first point of contact for client/customer queries
