An excellent CFO opportunity based in the North WestChief Financial Officer - fast growth services businessBase salary up to £140,000 plus bonus plus LTIP plus benefitsDelkia is a specialist provider of engineering services operating throughout the UK and Internationally for mission critical and highly regulated sectors, with a focus on Aerospace, Clean energy and Maritime sectors.Having doubled in size for each of the last four years, they have ambitious further growth plans to reach £50m by 2028.As they enter this important next growth phase, they are looking to appoint a CFO to the board.Our ideal candidate will be an experienced CFO who has knowledge and understanding of a business that provides services as opposed to product. This could be mechanical or electrical engineering services, professional services or other outsourced white or blue-collar services.EXPERIENCE OF THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGEA FAST PACED GROWING ENVIRONMENTINVOLVEMENT IN M&A ACTIVITYEXPERIENCE OF RAISING EXTERNAL FUNDING TO SUPPORT GROWTHEXPERIENCE OF A £30M PLUS BUSINESSThis is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Delkia who aim to become market leader in the sectors they serve.
