Have you had a previous experience working with young people with SEMH needs however you would like to know work in a school setting? Can you commit to working full time Monday - Friday? Do you have strong behaviour management skills ? If you answered yes to the above, then this SEMH Behaviour Mentor role is for you! SEMH Behaviour Mentor - Southwark Teach 360 is currently partnering with a SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Southwark to find an experienced SEMH Behaviour Mentor for an immediate start. This role focuses on supporting students with SEMH needs, primarily within a classroom setting, but may also involve interventions outside the classroom. Role Overview: Provide guidance and support to a small number of students with SEMH needs, assisting them with both core and non-core subjects. Work primarily in the classroom but also support interventions and other activities outside the classroom as needed.
