Business Analyst - Insurance (London Markets)We are currently hiring for a Business Analyst with London Markets / Specialty Insurance experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.Inside IR35Hybrid- 2 days a week on-site in the London officeResponsibilities:Work closely with the product owner in understanding the business needs and goalsConduct analysis work to identify to be future state operating models through process and technology and understand current state processesFacilitate workshops to elaborate Epics and capture and document user story mapping and user storiesActively manage backlog stories with product owner ensuring prioritisationWork with stakeholders to identify and document non-functional requirements as user storiesEnsure refinement of stories is taking place at appropriate time to feed backlogContribute to project as required to develop proposals, requirements, or another project documentationElicit further requirements and test / challenge assumptions using a variety of methods including interviews, document analysis, workshops, and business process descriptionsIdentify the relationships, dependencies and impacts of change on multiple systems and processesContribute to team quarterly planning and sets expectations for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalitiesSupports creating and maintaining the backlog (including prioritisation and acceptance criteria)Experience:Solid data experience having worked on data requirements, data flows and a solid understanding of data lineageExperience working in both process changes programme's and new implementationsExperience of working with agile methodologiesBusiness/Product analysis experience and knowledge of business analysis methodologiesLloyd’s or Company Market experience essentialRulebook technology experience (nice to have)BPMN or similar business process modelling skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsIf this role is of interest to you or you would like to learn more, please apply now!
