Overview We are seeking to recruit an experienced and innovative Head of Marketing to oversee the Marketing function across all four brands within the group; Barmy Army, Barmy Army Travel, The R66T Academy and Emprise Teamwear. Reporting to the Commercial & Marketing Director, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for strategically developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation and ultimately revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition, specifically within the travel or sports industries. The Head of Marketing will have experience in managing teams, developing marketing strategies across a diverse range of online and offline channels, and be enthused by the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines in a critical growth period for the business. Responsibilities include:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectivesLead the marketing team in planning, executing, and crucially analysing marketing campaigns across all channels to develop an insight-led approach to marketing optimisationStrengthen the brand identities and ensure consistent messaging across all platformsOversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to enhance online presence and optimise the potential of the brand followingUtilise analytics tools to measure and report on marketing performance and make data-driven decisionsDevelop customer personas and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customersManage customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the customer experienceMentor and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing effortsManage relationships with external agencies to ensure maximum return on investment Emprise Group LtdOversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes Analyse ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordinglyPersonal specification:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, brand management, or customer acquisitionPrevious experience in the travel industry or sports marketing is highly desirableStrong understanding of analytics tools and marketing automation platformsExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsProven track record of managing teams and driving successful marketing campaignsCreative thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesStrong analytical, communication and presentation skillsEthical, honest and transparent in their workDeadline-driven, attention to detail, professionalWhat we offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA dynamic and enthusiastic work environment with a passionate teamThe opportunity to be involved in and attend sporting events outside of the usual workplaceFlexible working, with WFH opportunitiesCompany-wide unlimited annual leave policyApplication Process Interested candidates should submit their CV and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and why they would be a great fit to [email protected].
