ESG Manager - Financial Services Consulting

A privately-backed Financial Services consultancy based in Mayfair, London is seeking an ESG Manager to join their team.This role will see you specialise in supporting top financial services clients to navigate complex risk and regulatory challenges through an ESG and sustainability lens.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of consulting experience within the Financial Services sector and will work closely with the Head of ESG and Director-level individuals to ensure successful delivery of client projects.This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic consultancy committed to ESG.Responsibilities:Provide strategic ESG advice to financial services clients on key issues such as sustainability regulations, ESG integration, and risk management.Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution, within scope and budget.Develop tailored ESG frameworks and sustainability strategies that align with clients' business objectives.Support clients in navigating regulatory requirements, such as climate risk disclosures, the EU Taxonomy, and other sustainability regulations.Guide clients in developing and enhancing ESG reporting and disclosure processes to comply with international frameworks such as TCFD, SASB, GRI, and SFDR.Conduct research on ESG topics to develop thought leadership content, reports, or white papers for the firm and its clients.Analyze data for ESG metrics to ensure transparency and consistency in reporting.Conduct ESG risk assessments, including climate-related risks, reputational risks, and regulatory risks.Help clients assess the impact of climate and sustainability risks on their portfolios and business models.Collaborate with the firm's leadership to develop ESG service offerings, identifying growth opportunities in the market.Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 plus 15-20% bonusLocation: Mayfair, LondonWorking Arrangement: 5 days in officeAdditionally benefits include private healthcare and extensive sponsorship for qualifications relevant to the role.Please apply ASAP to be considered.For similar opportunities, follow Miryco Consultants Ltd on LinkedIn.
