A Head chef who influence extends to he customer service, where you are responsible for service quality and operational outcomes that shape each visit To continually drive standards of food service forward A Head chef developing a high-performing and motivated team A Head chef that can lead from the front and push the business future forward The Requirements The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator Experience with managing a team is a must Either a Head chef or Sous chef that a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service The successful Head chef will have similar experience in a restaurant style background An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must A Head chef or sous chef that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
