Fresh off the excitement of securing £7 million in funding, we are searching for a warm-hearted Membership Executive to join their journey. Your role will be pivotal in welcoming local pet parents into the Creature Comforts family, ensuring they feel understood, cared for, and valued. This role is hands-on and based in the heart of the community at either the St John’s Wood or Notting Hill clinic, with regular collaboration at the Edgware Road HQ alongside the Marketing maestros. Compensation: We're offering a starting salary of £35,000, complemented by a generous bonus linked to your achievements. Craft and execute innovative strategies to engage with pet parents within your local area, ranging from events to casual conversations in the park. Lead and inspire a team of brand ambassadors, together amplifying their mission. You can drive the success of your clinic, including within core membership and additional services, with an eye on sales performance and growth opportunities.
