Valuer/Lister Location: Faringdon, Oxfordshire Hours: Full-time | 08:45am to 5:30pm (Mon-Fri) | 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:45am to 4:00pm, with a lieu day) Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (including car allowance) + commission (OTE £30,000 to £40,000 per annum) Job Description Our client is seeking a hard-working, positive, and energetic Experienced Estate Agent (Valuer/Lister) to join their market-leading team in Faringdon. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in estate agency, be a competent valuer/lister, and provide a personal service that enhances the company's strong reputation. Responsibilities of an Estate Agent (Valuer/Lister) * Conduct property valuations and manage the listing process, offering tailored advice to clients. * Provide excellent customer service, maintaining the company’s reputation for personal service. * Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and company goals. * Manage client relationships, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout. * Align with the company’s values of being Knowledgeable, Passionate, Professional, Caring, Creative, and Fun. Key Skills of an Estate Agent (Valuer/Lister) * Previous experience in estate agency, with a strong track record in valuations and listings. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, dynamic, and highly organised. * Strong IT skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A valid driving licence and access to a car.
