Actively supports our client-facing consultants by sourcing exceptional talent to place into mid-to-senior level positions. Utilises all the tools at their disposal including our internal CRM, job boards, email, cold calling, and social media. Performs thorough screening calls and interviews to build rapport with prospective candidates before submitting them for interviews. Builds great working relationships with our client-facing consultants based in the UK. Completes day-to-day administration tasks to a high level. Who are we looking for? Ideally someone with previous recruitment/sourcing experience. But, we are also open to enthusiastic juniors or graduates who would love to start their careers in recruitment. Somebody who is driven to work in an international environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills and conversational ability in English. Someone who works at pace but also methodically and is very organised. Money motivated or a strong intrinsic work ethic. What can we offer you?
