Head Chef - Upscale French Brasserie - Central London - £70,000
We are thrilled to represent this prestigious French Brasserie located in Central London, seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to lead their exceptional kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with a strong passion for fine dining and a proven track record in minimum 2AA Rosette-level establishments, focusing on French and British cuisine.
Youll have complete creative control over the menu, utilizing only the best seasonal ingredients.
This is a hands-on role, as such you would be expected to be visual on the pass during each service and on shift during peak busy services.
Immediate interviews and trials are available for successful Head Chefs
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Develop and innovate menus that showcase creativity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in high-end French or British restaurants
Strong leadership skills with a talent for team development and kitchen management.
Creative culinary skills with a commitment to quality and innovation.
Proven management experience, including financial oversight.
High-volume background with experience of managing large teams of circa 25 staff.
