The perfect candidate will be, amongst other things, eloquent and articulate, career minded and ambitious and must have previous (or ideally current) New Homes experience - dealing with properties both off plan and on site. A strong sales ability is essential: Good organisational skills and understanding of entire sales process is also a must! The role will involve weekend working.
