We are working with a leading international law firm based in London for an Associate to join their Corporate team.The Role:Our client is seeking a Mid/Senior level Corporate Associate. This role will have a broad corporate aspect with particular attention on M&A. Our client’s team offers a full range of corporate services including M&A, equity and capital markets, joint ventures, private equity among others. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of clients. These range from technology start-ups to multinational blue chips, operating on national and international transactions. With much of our client’s work being done on a global scale, there are opportunities to work in their international offices.
