We are looking for motivated Aerospace Production & Assembly Team Members to support the manufacturing of precision components for leading aircraft programs. In this temporary role, you will contribute to the production of parts for world-renowned aircraft models, including the A350 and Snecma engines. This role is based on a Temporary Basis - which is ongoing with Guaranteed weekly hours These roles will be on a 2 shift rotation pattern A shift - Monday - Thursday - 6am - 13.35pm and Friday 6am - 12.45pm B Shift (20% Premium) Monday - Thursday 13.25pm - 21.05pm and Friday 12.35pm - 19.00pm Hourly rates for these roles vary depending on experience starting from £11.79 - £15.31 - This will be discussed at Interview Your Time at Work - Assemble and fit components for aircraft models such as the A350 and Snecma engines, following detailed blueprints and technical drawings. - Inspect and test parts to ensure they meet stringent aerospace quality and safety standards. - Use precision tools and machinery to fabricate, adjust, and finish parts to exact tolerances. - Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve any issues in the production process. - Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, output, and any discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, particularly in handling hazardous materials and working with sensitive equipment. - Perform regular maintenance and calibration on production machinery and tools. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements in the production process.
