What you will do
Our primary objective is the growth of recurring revenue. The team manager role is a key position to directly lead a team of Internal Sales Advisors focused on driving deficiency sales. The team manager will be responsible for leading, coaching and driving the team alongside management of the workloads and development of staff.
Managing workloads
Meeting KPI’s
Setting clear team goals and objectives
Setting individual Sales targets
Undertaking regular monthly individual 121’s
Leading huddles in the office and remotely
Involvement in presenting to leadership teams
Direct & indirect coaching of the team
How you will do it
Achieving team monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Achieving set KPIs
Coordinating support with quotes and customer communications
Championing key strategies/initiatives –strategy and pricing
CRM of the complete sales process and opportunity pipeline
Working closely with sales and service teams to generate/secure all potential orders.
Working closely with Head of Department to drive growth and strategy
What we look for
Required
Strong people management experience, previous experience with leading teams (onsite/remote), evidence of strong coaching ability
Leading and being responsible for multiple targets
Confidence in host huddles and calls
Clear evidence of client communication/professional communication (face to face or over the telephone)
Experience in pricing/bidding/communicating technical items
Process refinement and improvement
Change management
Preferred
Familiarity with Sharepoint
Previous experience working in Sales Force
