Job Title: Logistics Administrator Salary: £24,000 per year Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, next week 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Type: Temporary to Permanent Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Do you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment? We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our team and help manage the daily operations of our logistics and supply chain. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling shipments, maintaining inventory, liaising with vendors, and ensuring our logistics run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery Managing inventory levels and assisting with audits Communicating with vendors and carriers to resolve logistics issues Entering data into logistics systems and generating performance reports Ensuring all logistics activities comply with customs and regulatory standards Providing excellent customer service by responding to order and delivery inquiries What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure Why Join Us?
