Drywall Site Manager - High End Fit Out Contractor - London

My client have an outstanding reputation in the high end fit out sector with over 40 years of experience. Due to their previous project success, they have a strong order book specifically in the high end residential or leisure projects such as hotels, apartments, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of the works and the day to day operations in compliance with the contract programme.
• Developing weekly and detailed daily work schedules to progress all works consistent with the overall project schedules.
• Monitor all aspects of the works to ensure that the required levels of quality are secured throughout all phases of the works by application of stringent quality control measures.
• Ensure all appointed supervisors and/or subcontractors are correctly informed of project requirement taking into account the following:
  • Project schedule
  • Weekly work schedule
  • Daily detailed work schedule
  • Quality control
  • Material requisition
  • Logistics and material deliveries
  • Health and safety

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a site management role or a trades background and extensive supervisory experience
• Experience in new build or high quality fit outs
• Working knowledge of joinery and finishing trades
• Dry Lining Experience
• CSCS/CSR Supervisor card
• First Aid Trained
