Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with primary and secondary schools across your region, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing & Placement:
Attract, engage, and place high-quality teaching and support staff into temporary and permanent roles within primary and secondary schools. Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking, lead generation, and industry knowledge.
About You: Experience:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
