Key Responsibilities: As part of our team, you will: * Liaise with property landlords and tenants, understanding their needs and preferences. * Create effective marketing strategies to showcase rental properties, ensuring they get noticed. * Oversee a group of properties, making sure they perform well and keep clients happy. * Conduct thorough property inspections, providing detailed reports to owners and addressing maintenance needs. * Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring favourable terms. * Prepare lease agreements and sales contracts, keeping everything legal and compliant. * Keep an eye on market trends and industry developments to offer strategic insights. * Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for those glowing Google reviews. * Work seamlessly with colleagues and management to keep things running smoothly. Requirements: * Proven experience in residential lettings is essential. * Driving license and access to a vehicle essential * A confident understanding of Lettings Laws and Legislation.
