Fabric Engineer

Job description Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Multi Trade fabric engineer for a Contract role. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Multi trade team. The Role: * Completion of planned, reactive and remedial repairs * Fitting fire doors * Tilling * Drainage * Minor roof repairs * Plastering * Flooring * Building Fabric systems Company Benefits: * Basic Salary: £29k - £33k * Additional Overtime Available * Company Pension * Company Van * Power Tools Desirable: * Previous Social Housing experience * relevant qualification in your trade to C&G or NVQ L2 or L3 * FDIS or equivalent Fire door qualification. * Hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a building maintenance role, particularly in relation to reactive and remedial maintenance * Demonstrate a general wide knowledge of building systems in relation to reactive tasks encompassing, fabric tasks including PPM, General Building, Carpentry, Wet trade tasks, minor plumbing and ground works * Current Full UK Driver’s License Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
