Employee Relations Advisor Location: Waltham - Hybrid ( or Paddington/ Slough/ Remote ) Contract length: 3 month initial contract - Potential to be extended Shift Pattern: Monday 0 Friday 09.Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor on behalf of a global company Manufacturing Company. This is an immediate starting position and ideally a Hybrid position based in Waltham, however could be based in Paddington or Slough areas also. The successful Employee relations Advisor will join the Associate Relations Team of 6 employees based around the offices above. My client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor, who is used to contracting in different, large organisatins so can adjust easily to different protocols and procedures. associates and P&O Business Partners on a range of Employee Relations issues including, but not limited to, performance improvement; flexible working requests and workplace concerns Ensure that Employee Relations investigations are conducted thoroughly; Partner with and coach line managers on performance improvement process and documentation. Provide interpretation of AR policies and processes to Line Managers and Business Partners. Make recommendations regarding policy enhancements and updates as required. Engage with AR Manager and AR Lead on complex, high risk situations for respective Sites/Client Groups. Participate in weekly case review meetings collaboratively with the rest of the UK/Ireland AR team to help with case management (volumes & distribution); Ensure accurate input into Service Now (SNOW) for case management as required Through the Service to Partnership model, and using AR data and insights, work collaboratively with P&O Business Partners to identify and drive required AR interventions. Deliver against the AR Strategy and UK/Ireland Priority set – Participate in Local, Regional and Global AR projects as required. Assist with DSAR’s as required in collaboration with internal legal counsel; FeDs & Data Privacy teams Partner with Legal Counsel (internal & external) as required on employment issues Participate in segment SIM/SMART/LM Community calls/meetings as required Company policies) and Associate concept. ~ Develop and maintain a working knowledge of legal developments and leading industry associate relations practices. Significant experience working in Employee Relations Ability to manage internal and external resources to mitigate risks to the Mars business and reputation Confident in P&O data analytics and insight generation Experience of coaching managers on performance and conduct matters. Please note there may be minimal travel to other sites if required for High level cases.
