Overlooking the iconic Clapham Common, No32 has been a go-to destination for over 12 years, offering a lively atmosphere with all-day dining, DJs, and Disco Nights every Friday and Saturday. As General Manager, you'll take the reins of one of Clapham's busiest bars, leading a dedicated team of 30 and overseeing every aspect of the business, including full P&L management. This is the perfect role for someone looking to further their career in hospitality within a high-energy, dynamic environment. As an open and approachable leader you will set an example to those around you, consistently working to a high standard and encouraging others to do the same. You will work with the management team to instill positive behaviours and processes that positively impact the P&L and people in your venue.
